- Fraudulent/Erroneous Reservations: We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations that appear fraudulent or made in error.
- Reservation Summary: Final totals are estimates; additional charges, fees, or taxes may apply during your stay.
No-Show Policy:
- Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit at the time of booking.
- Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show.
- All no-shows are treated as non-refundable. The full amount of the reservation (or deposit, if applicable) will be forfeited.
- The hotel reserves the right to release the room(s) for the remainder of the stay.
